These bars are typically used in the production of machined or forged parts. Nickel and nickel bearing alloy bars are available in sizes ranging from 0.093" through 6” dia, depending on grade, metallurgical condition, and customer specification requirements. X-750 standard stock range of Centric is 0.125" thru 0.5625" in Ground bars.

Centric Alloys also supplies Drawn Wire (mill and stocking programs) and Wire Rod (stock and release only) of high quality nickel alloys, nickel bearing alloys, specialty stainless, and cobalt alloys in Drawn Wire and Wire Rod. Wire Rod is a semi-finished hot-rolled product typically supplied in the annealed and pickled (acid cleaned) or mechanically descaled (shaved or peeled) to help when the presence of surface defects is of concern. Wire rod is further transformed to cold drawn bars or drawn wire for use in the production of machined, cold-headed, cold-formed, and forged parts, as well as in making welding rod and electrode consumables. Wire Rod is available in sizes ranging from 5.5 mm to 23 mm, depending on grade, metallurgical condition, and customer specification requirements. Drawn wire is available from Fine Wire sizes through heavy gauges.
